• Assisted Living/Memory Care Developments throughout Northern California. 

            Current project pipeline includes:

• Sunol Memory Care Facility--46 bed, LEED registered assisted living development in Pleasanton, CA.  Entitled November 2011.  Estimated completion 1Q13.     
• Fremont Professional Park--Redevelopment of an 11,000 sf medical office building within Fremont's CBD.
• West Side Industrial Center--220,000 sf build to suit development.  Warehouse/distribution/light manufacturing buildings on 11 AC within the City of Turlock.
